This item has been discontinued and is no longer available. Designed for use with 1 or 2 stage gas, electric heat or heat pump systems. Will tell you outdoor air temperature when installed with part 8052 outdoor air sensor available as an optional extra on this site. This model replaces all the earlier 8500 series thermostats including the 8552 model.
